Notes
Little Tiger amigurumi is about 9 cm (3.5 inches) tall.
I used small ply Balinese cotton yarn (sport yarn) and Tulip hook no. 2 (2 mm). The similar yarn you can use is Schachenmayr Catania (100% cotton; 50 g (1.8 oz); 125 m (137yds)).
Its size may vary according to the materials you used.

6 mm safety eyes

MR = magic ring
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
inc = sc increase (2 sc in next stitch)
dec = sc decrease (join next 2 sts into 1)

Head
Use peach
Round 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
Round 2: *inc* 6 times (12)
Round 3: *1 sc, inc* 6 times (18)
Round 4: *5 sc, inc* 3 times (21)
Round 5: *3 sc, inc, 3 sc* 3 times (24)
Round 6: sc in each stitch (24)
Round 7: *5 sc, inc* 4 times (28)
Round 8: sc in each stitch (28)
Round 9: *3 sc, inc, 3 sc* 4 times (32)
Round 10: *7 sc, inc* 4 times (36)
Round 11-12: sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (36)
Attach the eyes between Round 8 and 9, 4 sc appart
Round 13: *dec, 4 sc* 6 times (30)
Round 14: *dec, 3 sc* 6 times (24)
Fill as you go
Round 15: *dec, 2 sc* 6 times (18)
Round 16: *dec, 1 sc* 6 times (12)
Leave long end for sewing.
Snout
Use white
Round 1: 5 ch, skip 1 ch, 3 sc, 3 sc in the last ch, sc in the opposite 2 ch, inc (10)
Round 2: inc, 2 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc, 2 sc, inc, 1 sc (14)
Round 3: inc, 4 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc, 4 sc, inc, 1 sc (18)
Leave long end for sewing.
Nose
Use brown to embroider nose onto snout. The nose is 4 sts wide at the top, and 2 sts wide at the bottom.
Attach the snout to the front of the head. The top of the snout is sewn between Round 9 and 10, below the eyes. Fill the snout before close the hole.
Ears (make 2)
Use peach
Round 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
Round 2: *2 sc, inc* 2 times (8)
Round 3: sc in each stitch (8)
No need to fill the ears. Leave long end for sewing. Sew ears onto the head.
Use brown to embroider stripes onto the head. Each stripe consists of two strands of yarn, so once you embroider one stripe, go over it again to embroider that stripe once more so that it consists of two strands of yarn. You can add the stripes wherever you would like. I added 3 stripes on the top of the head, 2 stripes on the sides of the head and 2 stripes at the back of the head.
Legs (make 2)
Use peach
Round 1: MR, 5 sc (5)
Round 2: *inc* 5 times (10)
Round 3: sc in each stitch (10)
Cut the yarn, work the second leg.
Don’t cut the yarn at the second leg. Continue to work the body.
Body
Round 4: 2 ch, 10 sc around the 1st leg, sc in 2 ch, 10 sc around the 2nd leg, sc in the opposite of 2 ch (24)
Round 5: *7 sc, inc* 3 times (27)
Round 6-7: sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (27)
Round 8: *7 sc, dec* 3 times (24)
Round 9: sc in each stitch (24)
Round 10: *6 sc, dec* 3 times (21)
Round 11: sc in each stitch (21)
Fill as you go
Round 12: *5 sc, dec* 3 times (18)
Round 13: *4 sc, dec* 3 times (15)
Round 14: *3 sc, dec* 3 times (12)
Fasten off.
Use brown to embroider stripes on the body. I added 3 stripes on the sides of the body and at the back of the body (each stripe consists of two strands of yarn).
White belly
Round 1: 7 ch, skip 1 ch, 5 sc, 3 sc in the last ch, sc in the opposite 4 ch, inc (14)
Round 2: [1 sc, 1 hdc] into a stitch, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 2 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc, 3 sc, 1 hdc, [1 dc, 1 hdc] into a stitch, 1 sc, sl st (18)
Leave long end for sewing.
Sew white belly to the front of the body. Top of oval begins around bottom of Round 14 of the body.
Sew body onto head. Fill again before close the hole.
Arms (make 2)
Use peach
Round 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
Round 2: *2 sc, inc* 2 times (8)
Round 3-4: sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (8)
Round 5: *2 sc, dec* 2 times (6)
Round 6: sc in each stitch (6)
sl st, turn, 2 sc, sl st
No need to fill arms.
Leave long end for sewing.
Use brown to embroider stripes onto the outside of each arm.
Sew arms to the side of body on Round 13.
Tail
Use brown
Round 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
Round 2-3: sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (6)
Change to peach
Round 4-15: sc in each stitch – 12 rounds (6)
No need to fill the tail.
Leave long end for sewing.
Sew tail towards bottom back of body so that it is pointing upwards and curving towards one side (sew approximately last 3 rounds of tail onto back to make it secure and strong).
