I once saw someone share a photo of a crocheted Holy Bible keychain in a Facebook group, then I thought to make my own version. It’s very easy to make and cute. This crocheted Holy Bible keychain is a perfect souvenir for loved ones.

Notes

Holy Bible keychain is about 5 x 4 cm.
I used Balinese small ply cotton yarn (8 ply sport yarn) and 2 mm hook.
Its height may vary based on the materials you used.

Materials

Yarns (8 ply sport yarn): brown, white
Yellow embroidery yarn
Tulip hook no. 2 (2 mm)
Tapestry needle
Scissors

Cover

Use brown
Row 1: 20 ch, skip 1 ch, 19 sc (19)
Row 2-12: 1 ch, turn, 19 sc – 11 rows (19)
Sl st around 4 sides of cover. Fasten off.

Paper

Use white
Row 1: 10 ch, skip 1 ch, 9 sc (9)
Row 2-12: 1 ch, turn, 9 sc – 11 rows (9)
Fasten off.

Embroider a cross at the front of cover with yellow thread. The cross is about 5 rows high and 4 sc wide.

Fold the cover, place the paper between. Sew 3 sides of the cover and paper with brown yarn. Finished!
