I made this little jellyfish amigurumi crochet pattern years ago and did a few revisions after that. In this pattern the upper and lower part don’t need to be sewn.
Before wrote down the jellyfish amigurumi crochet pattern, I made some research about jellyfish anatomy. I got the information that the part which hanging down from the center are oral arms, I wrote as arms in this pattern. And surrounding the arms are tentacles, at the margin of the bell or body.
You can read Little Jellyfish crochet pattern FREE in this post. The printable PDF crochet pattern is available to purchase on Etsy, Ravelry, and Ko-fi Shop.
I hope you enjoy making this little jellyfish amigurumi. Please let me know if you have some difficulties while crocheting it.
You can also make the smaller version of jellyfish amigurumi, read Baby Jellyfish crochet pattern in THIS LINK.
You can also read other amigurumi crochet patterns I’ve made HERE. I’ll always be adding new amigurumi crochet pattern, so stay tuned!
Happy crocheting!
EDIT: I made some adjustment for the tentacles and added eyes, this little jellyfish amigurumi looks so cute!

Notes
Jellyfish amigurumi is about 3.5 cm (1.37 inches) in diameter and 10 cm (3.93 inches) long.
I used Balinese cotton yarn (sport yarn, #2 Fine) and Tulip hook no. 2 (2 mm).
The similar yarn you can use is Schachenmayr Catania (100% cotton; 50 g (1.8 oz); 125 m (137yds)).
Its size may vary according to the materials you used.
You can easily make larger sizes by using larger weight yarns and hook.
Feel free to use your favorite colors to make this project.

I’m in LOVE with this pattern. I made probably 5 of these 6 months ago but lost the pattern. It’s the only one I’ll use cause these are SO cute and perfect and the instructions are written very well! So after an hour of searching for it here I am again! Thanks very much to the author/artist who created it 🙂
Ohh thank you! I’m so glad you love this pattern <3
Thank you so much for this pattern! I am very new to amigurumi and crochet and I got stuck on one of the steps and hoping you can help! I finished off the body, but now I don’t understand how to start Round 1 of the arms. How do I begin with a new piece of yarn and secure it into the body before I chain and decrease. Is there a technique I am missing? Thank you!!
