Blop and Kippi Bunny Amigurumi

This post contains 2 patterns, each for Blop and Kippi.

Blop is about 14 cm tall, and Kippi is about 12,5 cm tall. I used cotton yarns and polyester yarns, and Tulip hook no. 3.

But of course you may use any yarns and colors variation as you want and their height will be depend on the yarns that you used.

PATTERN

Materials

Yarns:
– soft turquoise
– pink
– white
– black
Stuffing
Hook
Tapestry needle
Scissors

Abbreviations

ch = chain
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 sc per stitch)
dec = decrease (sc across two stitches)
sl st = slip stitch

Blop

Eyes

With pink.
Round 1:  Magic ring, 6 sc, sl st in 1st sc.
Round 2:  1 ch, *inc* 6 kali (12), sl st in 1st sc.
Leave a tail for sewing.

With black.
4 ch, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 2 ch, sl st in 1st sc.
Leave a tail for sewing.
Make one more, leave a tail long enough for sewing and make a nose.
Sew 1 black eye on pink circle.

First Leg

With soft turquoise
Round 1:     Magic ring, 6 sc (6)
Round 2:     *inc* 6 times (12)
Round 3:     *sc, inc* 6 times (18)
Round 4-15: sc in each stitch – 12 rounds (18)
Fasten off.

Second Leg and Head

Make as first leg, but don’t cut yarn after Round 15, continue to join the legs.
Round 16:    2 ch, sc in each stitch on 1st leg, sc in each 2 ch, sc in each stitch on 2nd leg, sc in each 2 ch (40)
Round 17-31: sc in each stitch – 15 rounds (40)  
Round 32:    *dec, 2 sc* 10 times (30)
Stuff the legs.
Sew eyes and embroider the nose.
Stuff as you go.
Round 33:    *dec, 3 sc* 6 times (24)
Round 34:    *dec, 2 sc* 6 times (18)
Round 35:    *dec, sc* 6 times (12)
Round 36:    *dec* 6 times (6)      .
Fasten off.

Ear 1

With soft turquoise
Round 1:     magic ring, 5 sc (5)
Round 2:     *inc* 5 times (10)
Round 3:     *1 sc, inc* 5 times (15)
Round 4-5:  sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (15)
Round 6:     *dec, 3 sc* 3 times (12)
Round 7-12: sc in each stitch – 6 rounds (12)
Round 13:   *dec, 2 sc* 4 times (8)
Round 14:   sc in each stitch (8)
Fasten off, leave a tail for sewing.

Ear 2

With soft turquoise
Round 1:       magic ring, 5 sc (5)
Round 2:       *inc* 5 times (10)
Round 3:       *1 sc, inc* 5 times (15)
Round 4-5:    sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (15)
Round 6:       *dec, 3 sc* 3 times (12)
Round 7-8:    sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (12)
Round 9:       *dec, 2 sc* 4 times (8)
Round 10-11: sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (8)
Fasten off, leave a tail for sewing.
No need to stuff the ears. Flatten the ears and fold the lower part before sewing.

Kippi

Eyes (make 2)

With black
3 ch, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, sl st in next ch, leave a tail for sewing.
Make one more, leave a tail long enough for sewing and make the nose.

First Leg

With white
Round 1:     Magic ring, 6 sc (6)
Round 2:     *inc* 6 times (12)
Round 3:     *sc, inc* 6 times (18)
Round 4-9:  sc in each stitch – 6 rounds (18)
Fasten off.

Second Leg and Head

With pink make as 1st leg, but don’t cut yarn after Round 9, continue to join the legs.
Round 10:      2 ch, sc in each stitch on 1st leg, sc in each 2 ch, sc in each stith on 2nd leg, sc in each 2 ch (40)

Round 11-22: sc in each stitch – 10 rounds (40)
Round 23:      *dec, 2 sc* 10 times (30)
Stuff the legs.
Sew eyes and embroider the nose.
Stuff as you go.
Round 24:      *dec, 3 sc* 6 times (24)
Round 25:      *dec, 2 sc* 6 times (18)
Round 26:      *dec, 1 sc* 6 times (12)
Round 27:      *dec* 6 times (6)
Fasten off.

Ears (make 2)

Round 1:       magic ring, 5 sc (5)
Round 2:       sc in each stitch (5)
Round 3:       *inc* 5 times (10)
Round 4:       *4 sc, inc* 5 times (15)
Round 5-6:     sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (12)
Round 7:       *5 sc, inc* 2 times (14)
Round 8-9:     sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (14)
Round 10:      *dec, 5 sc* 2 times (12)
Round 11:      *dec, 4 sc* 2 times (10)
Round 12-13: sc in each stitch – 2 rounds (10)
Fasten off, leave a tail for sewing.
No need to stuff the ears. Flatten the ears and fold the lower part before sewing.
