Hi, I’ve added Zoro amigurumi crochet pattern into my One Piece characters collection! Yay! Roronoa Zoro is the first crewmate that join to Straw Head Pirates which is Monkey D. Luffy as the captain. I made Zoro amigurumi crochet pattern in mini version as simple as possible.

Zoro Part 1
Notes
Zoro is about 9 cm (3.5 inches) tall.
I used 8 ply Balinese cotton yarn (sport yarn) and Tulip hook no. 2 (2 mm).
Its size may vary according to the materials you used.
Materials
Yarns:
– skin tone, black, green, white, turquoise
Fiber fill
Tulip hook no. 2 (2 mm)
7 mm safety eyes
Tapestry needle
Marker
Scissors
Fiber glue
Abbreviations (US Term)
MR = magic ring
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
inc = sc increase (2 sc in next stitch)
dec = sc decrease (join next 2 sts into 1)
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
BLO = back loop only
FLO = front loop only
sl st = slip stitch
Legs (make 2)
Use black
Round 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
Round 2: *2 sc, inc* 2 times (8)
Round 3: *3 sc, inc* 2 times (10)
Round 4: sc in each stitch (10)
Cut the yarn, work the second leg.
Do not cut the yarn on the second leg, continue to work the body.
Body
Round 5: 2 ch, 10 sc in 1st legs, sc in 2 ch, 10 sc in 2nd legs, sc in 2 ch (24)
Round 6: sc in each stitch (24)
Change to green
Round 7: BLO sc in each stitch (24)
Round 8: *6 sc, dec* 3 times (21)
Change to white
Round 9: BLO sc in each stitch (21)
Fill as you go
Round 10: *5 sc, dec* 3 times (18)
Round 11: sc in each stitch (18)
Round 12: *dec, 4 sc* 3 times (15)
Round 13: *dec, 3 sc* 3 times (12)
Fill as you go
Round 14: *1 sc, dec, 1 sc* 3 times (9)
Continue to work the head.
Head
Change to skin tone
Round 1: *inc* 9 times (18)
Round 2: *1 sc, inc* 9 times (27)
Round 3: *8 sc, inc* 3 times (30)
Round 4-10: sc in each stitch – 7 rounds (30)
Attach eyes between Round 6 and 7, 5 sc apart.
Round 11: *dec, 3 sc* 6 times (24)
Fill as you go
Round 12: *dec, 2 sc* 6 times (18)
Round 13: *dec, 1 sc* 6 times (12)
Round 14: *dec* 6 times (6)
Fill before close the hole.
Fasten off.
Luffy Part 2
Hair
Use turquoise
Round 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
Round 2: *inc* 6 times (12)
Round 3: *1 sc, inc* 6 times (18)
Round 4: *1 sc, inc, 1 sc* 6 times (24)
Round 5: *3 sc, inc* 6 times (30)
Round 6: *9 sc, inc* 3 times (33)
Round 7-10: sc in each stitch – 4 rounds (33)
Round 11: we work the front parts of the hair
6 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc,
5 ch, skip 1 ch, 4 sc, sl st in next 2 sts,
*2 ch, skip 1 ch, 1 sc, FLO sl st in next 2 sts* 6 times,
5 ch, skip 1 ch, 4 sc, sl st in next 2 sts,
1 sc, 1 hdc, 5 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc
Leave a tail for sewing.
Work below no 4 and 5
*BLO 2 ch, skip 1 ch, 1 sc, sl st in next 2 sts* 2 times
Fasten off. Sew hair onto the head. Glue the parts no 1 and 8.
Arms (make 2)
Use skin tone
Round 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
Round 2-4: sc in each stitch – 3 rounds (6)
Change to white
Round 5: sc in each stitch (6)
sl st, turn, 2 sc, sl st.
No need to fill the arms.
Leave a tail for sewing. (picture 11)
Sew arms on Round 12 of the body.
Bandana
Use black
Round 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
Round 2: *inc* 6 times (12)
Round 3: *1 sc, inc,* 6 times (18)
Round 4: *1 sc, inc, 1 sc* 6 times (24)
Round 5: *3 sc, inc* 6 times (30)
Round 6: *2 sc, inc, 2 sc* 6 times (36)
Round 7-12: sc in each stitch – 6 rounds (36)
Continue to work the straps
*6 ch, skip 2 ch, 4 sc, sl st in next stitch* 2 times
Fasten off.
