Crocheting Miracle

Inosuke Crochet Pattern

SHARE

After Nezuko crochet pattern, this time I share Inosuke crochet pattern from Demon Slayer, which is currently airing Season 4. One of the anime I look forward to the most. I once made a poll on Instagram and the favorite character whose crochet pattern was requested was Inosuke! Even though it took quite a long time, Inosuke crochet pattern was finally published.

In this chibi version of Inosuke amigurumi, I made the boar mask in the shape of a hat. As usual I made it as simple as possible. The part that is quite difficult seems to be the hair because there is a change in color, just like Nezuko’s hair. So, pay close attention to the color changing steps.

You can read Inosuke crochet pattern FREE in this post. The printable PDF crochet pattern is available to purchase on my Blog Shop, Etsy, Ravelry, and Ko-fi Shop.

You may want to crochet other characters from Demon Slayer, check the patterns in THIS LINK. You can also read other anime crochet patterns I’ve made HERE. I’ll always be adding new anime crochet pattern, so stay tuned!

I hope you like the pattern. Have fun!

Notes

Inosuke amigurumi is about 8.5 cm (3.35 inches) tall without hat (Inosuke’s boar mask in hat version).
I used small ply Balinese cotton yarn (sport yarn, #2 Fine) and Tulip hook no. 3 (2.25 mm).
The similar yarn you can use is Schachenmayr Catania (100% cotton; 50 g (1.8 oz); 125 m (137 yds)).
Its size may vary according to the materials you used.

Materials

Sport yarns:
– beige, navy, black, brown, light gray, dark gray, pink, broken white, light blue

2.25 mm crochet hook
Polyester fill
Tapestry needle

Assembling

  1. Sew the arms in Round 12 of the body.
body inosuke crochet pattern amigurumi
  1. Put hair onto the head, BLO strands on the top side. Short strands as the bangs. Pin the FLO strands with a gap between the strands, then close the gaps with BLO strands. If you are pleased with the position, add adhesive to the hair strands one by one. You just need a bit of adhesive for the bangs, near the starting base.
  1. Sew the nose on Round 9-11 of the hat.
  2. Sew the fangs on Round 11-12 of the hat, just to the right and left of the nose.
  3. Sew the ears on Round 5-8 of the hat.
hat inosuke crochet pattern amigurumi
  1. Use pins to position the eyes between Round 8 and 9 of the hat, 8 stitches apart (picture 24). Use the pins to attach the eye balls to the hat in the previous position (picture 25). Attach 8 mm safety eyes according to the position of the pins. The back of the safety eyes will stick out inside the hat. Glue or sew the eye balls.
  1. Use light blue to embroider around the eyes.
Embroidery steps: see picture below, the red dots are where the tapestry needle goes in and out.
    (1) Needle out from inside the hat, (2) Needle in, (3) Needle out again at the starting point, (4) needle in at the end point.
Fasten off. Glue the embroidery if needed. Boar hat is finished.
